French language:
We started the day in gym playing soccer-baseball, equipe McCurdy contre equipe Harding. Then gr6's read the last chapter of Jean Baptiste coureur de bois. Gr7's continued to read La valise d'Hana. Both grades are to complete a reading response and 'suitcase' (see success criteria in Pages). Due date to be announced.

Science:
Gr6's learned about the sun, patterns of light and darkness, and why we have seasons. Gr7's learned about heat and the particle theory, and heat transfer through convection (liquid and gases).

Tomorrow is gr6 EQAO. It will be from 9:35-11:15am for the next five days. Because I am administering the test, gr7's will be with Mr. Balen and responsible for completing a work package.
