French language:

In gym, we completed the beep test and played badminton. In social studies, gr6's learned about imports and exports and researched who are our biggest importers and exporters and what are our biggest imports and exports as of 2015. In geography, gr7's researched the advantages and disadvantages of the St. Lawrence Seaway of the 1950's (culminating activity for ch2 on region).

Gr7's were invited to join Mr. Elkins gr7 class for a presentation from Scientists in School about Heat.

Science:

We finished the last two gr6 science fair presentations. They were outstanding as well:) Most students have some additional research to be completed before the Science Fair on Wednesday, April 13.

IF the the buses are cancelled tomorrow...
Gr6's can work on their Science Fair projects.
Gr7's can finish researching the St. Lawrence Seaway and begin researching the Keystone pipeline (this complements ch3 on movement).
