French language:

This morning gr6 students presented their science fair projects. Great job! We will finish the last two tomorrow. In gym we started badminton.

English Language:

The content quiz for chapter 12 of LOTF has been pushed back to Wednesday as a number of students had not completed the reading.

Math:

The students worked on some sample 2D and 3D measurement problems from last year's EQAO test. Later, the grade 6's had a short lesson/review on determining the area of a triangle. The grade 7's continued to work on some unfinished work from before the break involving finding the area of trapezoids.

Homework:
- Read chapter 12 of LOTF. The content quiz will be on Wednesday.
- Complete the introduction section (hook, description, thesis) on the persuasive essay organizer. We will begin typing rough drafts next week.
