French language:

Gr6 students wrote the science test and worked on their 1st nations revendications. The revendication presentations are Monday, February 1. Gr7's reviewed for the science test and built bridges with K-nex. Their history timeline presentations are rescheduled for tomorrow. Their science test is Monday, February 1.

Math: 

Gr 6's worked on dividing decimals by 10, 100, 1000, 10 000 etc. Grade 7's learned about order of operations and how to properly solve expressions using BEDMAS.

English Language:

We took some time to update our plot map and character profiles for LOTF. Students then started to brainstorm ideas for an upcoming persuasive writing piece (topic: if you were stranded on an deserted island, what 3 items would you bring to aid in your survival?).

Homework: 

Read chapter 5 of LOTF for Friday. There will be a content quiz as well as Quickwrite topics.
